Vinod Reddy Chairman & Managing Director

VINOD Reddy is Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He is focused on over all strategy and operations of the company.

Prior to starting CRMIT, he cofounded Infact Technologies – software services firm focused on eBusiness Applications and grew it to a 50 people profitable Company. Earlier Vinod held senior positions in Sabre Inc., and BroadVision.

At BroadVision as practice head of Service Operations in South Asia he managed more than 20 eBusiness implementations. One of the implementations is the fastest growing e-commerce site in India and the first mobile commerce application, and at the time of its delivery had won the PC Quest’s “Maximum Social Impact for Indian people in 2004" and the “Best IT Implementation in India for 2005". As a country manager of BroadVision he had cofounded and built BroadVision's Operations and Global Service practice in India. In 2001 he was  named  as the BroadVision Services Country Manager of the Year in Asia Pacific & Japan Region.

VINOD worked in various technical and management positions with Sabre and American Airlines in the areas of product development, management, marketing, implementation, consulting, project management and business development in Europe and USA. One of the projects of which he was the Technical Lead received the Franz Edelman award for best software application in Management Sciences/Operations Research area.

Vinod Reddy holds Masters Degree in Computer Science from University of Texas. 

Nivas Nallanthi CEO

Nivas Nallanthi is co-founder and CEO of CRMIT USA.

A details oriented and a hands-on technology entrepreneur Nivas has founded Unisoft Technologies Inc., an IT consulting and professional services company that has provided the highest quality of services to many Fortune 1000 companies worldwide. 

He has worked for major IT companies like Computer Associates, Micronyx/IBM, Intecom and Unisoft Technologies, where he held technical, management and executive  positions.

Nivas has successfully led teams of highly trained IT engineers both in on-site and in the best-shore models.  While working on data security, data encryption, telecommunications, eBusiness and hosted solutions, his vast experience in dealing with applications in various operating environments and technologies has enabled the clients to save on money and time without compromising on the quality.

Known for his focused and client-centric management style, Nivas has earned several commendations from both the clients and colleagues alike.

Nivas has received a Masters Degree in Computer Science (USA) and a Masters Degree in Mathematics (Canada). He is also a Certified Project Management Professional. He resides in Texas, USA. 

Venkatesan Sundaram Director - Projects

Venkatesan Sundaram is a co-founder of CRMIT. He is the Director of Project Delivery Operations.

Prior to CRMIT, he has worked in various consulting positions for Baan Info Systems, BroadVision and Cognizant Technology Solutions.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. He is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and is a Certified Project Management Professional.

Naga Chokkanathan Director - Education & Innovation

Naga Chokkanathan is the co-founder. He is Director of the Education and the R & D.

Before co-founding CRMIT he has worked in various development and consulting positions with Baan Info Systems, BroadVision India and Infact Infotech India.

Naga holds a Bachelor degree in Production Engineering from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, India and a Master Diploma In Business Administration from Symbiosis University, Pune, India.

A passionate reader, and a part time writer, Naga has authored many books in Tamil.

Rajendra N Premaka Director - Process & Quality

With over 10 years of professional experience in Software Project Management and Quality Processes, Raj's main focus is to ensure process acceptance and timely delivery of projects.

Before joining CRMIT, Raj represented the Project Management function for Hughes Software Systems during the SEI-CMM Level 4 Assessment by KPMG.

His expertise includes designing new processes as per IEEE norms and implementations using the SEI-CMM framework.

His experience in Process and Project Management for various domains such as CRM, EBPP (Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment), US Health Care Rehabilitation, Warehouse Management, Human Resource System contributes to the successful delivery of projects to our clients.

Raj holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and an Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.
