Pratap Reddy is the Chairman & CEO of 8kpc Inc. A seasoned entrepreneur and proven business leader, Pratap, has led one successful IPO (NASDAQ) and two merger liquidity events. He has built from ground zero successful software (two) and IC design (two) companies. Prior to founding 8kpc Inc., Pratap was the Chairman and CEO of ArchPro Design Automation (acquired by Synopsys) and President and COO of Athena (acquired by Broadcom).
Pratap was co-founder and COO of Sage which he helped take public. Prior to his entrepreneurial carrier, Pratap held various executive and management positions at Synopsys and Data General. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
Larry Glaeser is a French-American national and a seasoned executive who has spent 8 years in India in the venture and technology arenas. As Vice-President of STAR TV (Newscorp), he was part of the core team which managed a portfolio of new media and telecom investments (USD 150 million) and was responsible for rolling-out the first pilot for interactive TV in India, now TataSky. He also planned, built, and managed a profitable captive off-shore software development center in Bangalore for the French sports goods retailer DECATHLON. Between 2006 and 2008, Larry was a Venture Partner & EiR for Footprint Ventures, an India based venture capital fund.
Larry has a B.A. in mathematics from the University of Colorado, a Masters in Cognitive Sciences delivered jointly by Ecole Polytechnique, EHESS, and Paris VI. He did his PhD work in Computational Neuroscience at the CNRS in France. Larry recently received an Executive MBA from INSEAD as a Financial Times Scholar.
Dr Vishnu Swaroop Reddy, MS, DLORCS (England), FRCS (Edinburgh), and FRCS (Ireland) is the Chief Consultant Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon. He had his higher surgical training in the UK, USA, Germany, France, Austria and Australia in the various subspecialties of Otolaryngology. Dr Vishnu Reddy worked for various National Health Services (NHS) Hospitals in the UK and has published several papers in the international journals.He was Consultant Otolaryngologist at Staffordshire General Hospital, Stafford, England and at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Aberdeen, Scotland.

Dr Reddy brings with him critical market data to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information and shares compelling market analysis presentations.
Vinod founded CRMIT Solutions in 2003, and continues to drive CRMIT’s business and technological strategies. He brings in a vast experience from his technical and management positions in the past including those from American Airlines, BroadVision and Sabre Holdings. He has been instrumental in growing CRMIT Solutions from a startup to one of the pioneers in SaaS based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution providers.
Vinod is also responsible for bringing in one of the largest cloud based CRM deployments to the credit of CRMIT Solutions. Furthermore, his details to quality and customer satisfaction have enabled one of the CRMIT customers; win the Best CRM Project Award 2012 and Best Cloud-based Programme Award 2012. During his tenure with BroadVision, he led the implementations of the fastest growing e-commerce sites and the first mobile commerce application in India. His accolades also include PC Quest’s “Maximum Social Impact for Indian people in 2004" and the “Best IT Implementation in India for 2005". At American Airlines, as a Technical Lead, he received the “Franz Edelman” award for best software application in Management Sciences/Operations Research area.

Venkatesan is a seasoned professional and specializes in large scale implementations of CRM and e-commerce solutions across various industries including banking, insurance and telecom.
Prior to CRMIT, he worked in various consulting positions for Baan Info Systems, BroadVision and Cognizant Technology Solutions. Venkatesan successfully managed the fastest growing e-commerce site and the first mobile commerce application in India. This implementation project has won the PC Quest’s “Maximum Social Impact for Indian people in 2004" and the “Best IT Implementation in India for 2005" awards. Venkatesan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and is a post graduate in Software Enterprise Management from IIM Bangalore. Apart from that, he is also a Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) professional from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (www.apics.org) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org).
Naga Chokkanathan is an experienced technocrat, who is currently managing the R&D department of the company.
He has to his credit working in various Development and Consulting positions at Baan Info Systems and BroadVision India.
Naga Chokkanathan is a graduate in Production Engineering from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, India and also holds a Master's Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis University, Pune, India. He is an avid reader and a part time writer, and has authored many books in English and Tamil.
C. V. Venkata Subramanian currently leads the worldwide sales organization across all verticals for CRMIT Solutions. In this capacity, Venkata directly oversees entire field sales, pre-sales & inside sales across all international operations for CRMIT Solutions. With over 22+ years in the industry, Venkata has led number of leadership roles across solution sales, presales, partner management, consulting and services. Prior to CRMIT, Venkata worked with Dell India as their Country Director, Global Consulting Services. In this capacity, he was instrumental in building consulting services division in Dell & directly owned the P & L of Dell consulting Services. Prior to Dell, he has worked in Microsoft, CA & CMS Computes in diverse roles.
On academics, Venkata holds Advanced Masters in Multicultural Management of Global Enterprises from IIM, Bangalore and in partnership with UCLA, Los Angeles-USA, SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milano- Italy & City University of Hong Kong. He holds his engineering degree in Information Systems from BITS, Pilani. He is also a recipient of youngest scientist in the country award from the President of India at the age of 13.
Dinesh oversees the global marketing and communications for CRMIT Solutions. He is responsible for strategic planning and development, branding, market research, and customer service across global markets. His expertise in coordinating the production of public relations, media, creative, promotions and advertising enables him, in building and strengthening the distinctive positioning of the company's portfolio of services and working with other organizational units within the company to define and execute strategic initiatives.
Dinesh has a strong marketing background ranging from go-to-market strategies and lead generation programs to marketing communications and presentation for global markets especially markets in Europe and North /South America. His professional skills also include proficiency in online / internet marketing. Before joining CRMIT Solutions, he worked for CAMO Software, Datapro, Dunlop and liaison with CITRIX and Microsoft.
Dinesh graduated in Science from Pune University and received his Post Graduation in Marketing from Symbiosis.
Fijoe heads the project management office and process & delivery/product quality wing of the organization.
With a career spanning two decades in the industry, Fijoe has extensive experience in Program Management & Project-Delivery Management in IT Services/Products. He has worked extensively in both Microsoft & Sun technologies in addition to Testing with MCSD, Oracle & CSTM certifications. He has worked across domains including Telecom, Airlines, Energy & Utilities, E-commerce, Manufacturing etc. His background includes extensive experience in Process Quality (CMM & ISO-certified) and Product Certification/Quality (ISO-9126/IEEE).
Fijoe is an engineering graduate from REC, Durgapur, and has worked with companies like Infosys, IBM, LG, Perot Systems, IBS, SAIL prior to joining CRMIT Solutions.
Ravi manages the human resources processes and drives people practice. Prior to joining CRMIT, he was working with various CMMi level 5 companies like DSQ, Sutherland, HCL and HP. His areas of expertise include man power planning and recruitment strategy, framing HR Policies, planning & executing campus hiring, managing reward & recognition programs, compensation & benefits.
He brings 15+ years of experience in the functional areas of human capital management. Ravi is a post graduate in Human Resources and Marketing and holds bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law. Apart from that, he has completed an Executive Management Program at IIM, Kolkata.
