Mission Details:
The company had a complex organizational structure and they wanted to have consolidated view on the users and their roles. In particular, in their CRM On Demand interface they required a facility to display Account Specific Contact Organization chart from Account, Contact and Opportunity pages.

Key Challenges:
  • Development of a cross browser tree view to represent the organizational hierarchy.
  • Retrieval of information from Siebel CRM On Demand and displaying in the required format.
  • Additional interactivity and display of information when user clicks on the records
