Overview: CRMIT has provided Data Management Services for one of the world leader in 3D CAD technology solutions and product designing software. Its software is used by over 1/2 million product designers and engineers worldwide to design better products.
Mission Details: • As part of their campaign management, the client wanted a complete data management solution for their Siebel CRM Enterprise. • Leads were created through several offline sources such as telephone, web, email which were then documented into spread sheets and later imported to the CRM system. • The CRM system was configured with complex rules which were applied on the incoming leads for lead qualification and auto-assignment • Due to the nature of offline leads and manual data entry there were leads which were not qualified due to improper data • These leads grew by number over a period of time and resulted in a backlog which had to be addressed.
