Using the SaaS Business model that we adopt religiously, we have successfully made an excellent collaboration platform, which can be used by our customers across the globe, for effective project management / change management / issue tracking / maintenance / education etc.,

Our core development activity is carried from our Global Development Center and we have offices in USA and Australia. This gives us the unique time-to-market advantage due to the time difference. With a flexible large pool of talented software engineers for team ramp-up and solid development infrastructure, tools and process framework to set-up practically any type of environment we have set the platform for unprecedented performance and support which ultimately results in significant reduction of cost and overheads for our clients.

This execution methodology has also been very effectively used to manage ongoing 24x7 application maintenance engagements for production support.

While supporting our customers onsite and offshore we use the following criteria that determines whether the Service Request is sent to offshore, these include:

  • Nature of service and clarity of the requirement
  • (No) need for user interaction to resolve the Service Request
  • Minimum 24 hour turnover

What we offer is a solution which is effectively “Around the clock”. Onsite and Offshore share the work and Transition occurs at the end of business hours between onsite and offshore teams and vice-versa.
