CRMIT in association with BroadVision designed and developed the telephonic train ticket booking system for the Indian Railways' online booking service. The project, the nation's first in mobile commerce, won the highest jury ratings and the PCQuest 2005 Awards for the best IT implementation in its category and the Overall Best Implementation.
