It was important to automate and streamline the already complex quote and order management workflow, The data generated required to effectively report sales pipeline and compare success rates across reps, regions, products, or clients. The existing Oracle® Cloud CRM environment encourages close cooperation between members of the various marketing and sales teams, thereby assembling multidisciplinary expertise. However, the challenge was to seamlessly integrate, organize and generate accurate yet complex quotes and orders with the capability of periodic and real time reporting of unified view of CRM intelligence.
CRM++ Quote and Order Management is a comprehensive solution for Oracle® CRM On Demand users to create and manage customer orders, generate quotes and proposals, throughout the lead management process. The CRM++ Report Scheduler is a recurring and automated interface to email the reports on a periodic basis. The Report Scheduler is meant for automatic delivery of the various reports generated through the Cloud CRM system.
The combined solution was customized to optimize the existing quote and order management workflow and the report generation and distribution to both CRM and non CRM users using Oracle® CRM On Demand web services in conjunction with additional components developed in Java / J2EE technology. This enabled the CRM users to create, revise, download or email a quote – all within a single secured CRM interface. The solution seamlessly uses data objects connected to a quote – add products, price lines, contacts, terms & conditions and signatures,
