  • Spending on SaaS is projected to double by 2014, and PaaS will triple by 2014

  • Enterprise apps focus: ERP, HCM, CRM, SCM, GRC, EPM
  • Apps platform: BI, Content management, SOA & Process management, User experience, Identity & Access, Dev tools
